Reference Data Analyst
Excellent opportunity to join Top Tier Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf, role will be to ensure the client’s reference data in the organisations onboarding systems is accurate and up to date. The successful individual to analyse any discrepancies in reference data and work with the reference data team to ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve.
The management of this project will be lead by a Project Manager in North America so the candidate should have good communication skills, as there will be a requirement for daily conference calls and updates.
Key Responsibilities
Analysing both small and large amounts of data/information in excel and various applications/documents.
Engaging with business partners and other operations areas to investigate issues, determine appropriate actions to address issues, and/or implement them.
Actively engaging with project manager to maintain focus on critical deliverables and balance overall book of work coordinating and/or performing data remediation activities.
Perform quality analysis checks and meet daily targets to ensure documents found are current and accurately reflect the corrections and modifications of data.
Attend daily project calls and provide verbal and written status updates to the project management team.
Experience
Looking for candidates from a strong Data background from either a Investment Bank or Asset Management company. Having previous engaged with the business and stakeholders in delivering key information.
In depth knowledge of Asset managers, Funds and Hedge funds and their set up. Familiarity with client on-boarding processes, KYC systems and workflow tools. Onboarding/AML / KYC experience a bonus.
