Telemarketing Executive

A company providing straightforward business rescue, recovery and insolvency services. With two decades of insolvency experience, we work quickly and efficiently to support and guide our clients to achieve their desired outcome, whatever the circumstances.

They are seeking a telemarketing professional to drive our new initiatives to prospective corporate clients. This will involve gaining an understanding of the various options open to business owners and working with key professional partners to support the most appropriate process.

This is a telephone based sales role responsible for prospecting new business clients. Using an in house database system and own initiative to source and identify relevant leads, cold calling to build a pipeline, proactively targeting relevant clients, establishing client needs, overcoming objections, building long term relationships, promoting the relevant benefits to fully educate the client on the range of solutions available and conducting the entire sales process from cold call through to quality appointments booked. Making appointments with director level clients as well as carrying out research to sell the company’s range of finance solutions/products on a business to business basis. It is essential applicants have a passion for developing new business over the telephone whilst adopting a consultative sales approach and effective questioning techniques to promote the company’s full range of services.

Responsibilities
 - Agree and develop project objectives with Director

Research and obtain a complete understanding of the current market place and the competitors. Apply this knowledge when researching prospects.

Compile profiled database of business prospects to meet objective.
 -
Manage and undertake marketing activity; (phone, email)
 - Maintain CRM system to manage pipeline

Person Specification
 - Previous telesales or telemarketing experience from within a professional business to business solution sales environment, accustomed to need finding and fact finding.
 -
Dealing with both new and existing clients including blue chip companies and SME’s.
 -
An understanding of the steps of the sales process and how best to use your communication and negotiation skills to full ability
 -
A proven background of working towards sales targets and KPIs based on e.g. outbound call volume, talk time, effective calls / pitches and warm leads.
 -
A natural ability for effective new business generation and the ability to source leads and develop an effective pipeline of new business.
 -
Have excellent communication and negotiation skills capable of liaising effectively at decision maker level.
