Description
Serve as a client contact for matters relating to the regulatory structure under which a mutual fund is organized. Prepare and coordinate quarterly board meetings materials and the filing of annual updates of fund registration statements and various other regulatory filings.
INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND INFLUENCE: Provide or request straightforward information.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND INFLUENCE: Write basic reports or correspondence, where examples of both format and content exist and require little modification. May involve documenting technical results/procedures.
CLIENT CONTACTS: Begins to build contacts within the organization. Demonstrates respect and professionalism and promptly, efficiently and courteously meet day-to-day needs. Makes realistic commitments to clients and follows through on client commitments.
PEOPLE MANAGEMETN RESPONSIBILTY: No direct management responsibility.
PROJECT MANAGEMETN RESPONSIBILTY: Guides he successful completion of moderate projects and may function in a project leadership role.
LEADERSHIP: Demonstrates leadership in a work group, team or project.
PROBLEM SOLVING: Applies knowledge to help solve moderately complex problems requiring independent thinking with direction.
IMPACT: Decisions moderately influence project completion and/or client relationships.
COMMUNICATION: Must possess strong communication skills (both written and oral).
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE: Working knowledge in a professional field to work independently. Understands developments in field and their impact on work.
EDUCATION: Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience Bachelor s degree. Major: Business, Liberal Arts
JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one year
