Description

Managing the workflow of mutual fund clients to ensure the timely production of all corporate governance materials and SEC regulatory filings. Reviewing the work products of the Regulatory Administrators prior to distribution to the client/outside counsel to ensure high quality work products. Serve as a client contact for all matters relating to corporate governance and regulatory issues. Attend and sometimes lead Board meetings.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILTY: Manages a broadly defined project, involving people or other resources from multiple sites and multiple, unrelated disciplines. Project outcomes affect one or more major functions.

LEADERSHIP: Plans/allocated the activities of a small work group or project team comprised of employees with similar areas of expertise and goals. Mentors/trains other; acts as a role model for teamwork in the organization.

PROBLEM SOLVING: Solves problems that have little or no precedent to guide the search for solutions. Originates new concepts or innovative approaches without guidance from others.

IMPACT: Decisions influence overall program or project success, client relationships, expenses, and/or the unit's ability to meet objectives.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE: Expert knowledge of a highly professional field and trends/business issues in the industry. Is recognized as an authority and considered a leader. Develops, integrates and evaluates new advances in the industry to direct and lead successful results.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Bachelor's degree. Major: Liberal Arts or Business
