Description

Functions as a liaison to Clearskys primary Blue Sky client contacts. Work closely with clients and transfer agents to maximize the clients' savings by maintaining the lowest possible cost of Blue Sky registration fees. Daily monitoring of sales for assigned clients and prompt attention to any sales issues as they arise. Maintain an open line of communication with the client and Clearsky representatives to ensure that all organizational filings are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Write basic reports or correspondence, where examples of both format and content exist and require little modification. May involve documenting technical results/procedures.

CLIENT CONTACTS: Begins to build contacts within the organization. Demonstrates respect and professionalism and promptly, efficiently and courteously meets day-to-day needs. Makes realistic commitments to clients and follows through on client commitments.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILTY: No direct management responsibility.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILTY: Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects and programs.

LEADERSHIP: Demonstrates leadership in a work group, team or project.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE: Thorough knowledge of professional field to perform and/or lead work requiring extensive analytical/business skills, and industry knowledge. Actively pursues and applies new advancements in the industry and integrates into processes.

EDUCATION: Technical/Trade/Business School Certificate/Associates Degree or equivalent experience

JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one year
