Regional AVP / VP Expat Manager – Major Global bank recruitment
Reporting into Global Head of Mobility, this role will be responsible for providing international assignment and relocation advice to staff moving into / around the Region. You will advise on policies, remuneration, tax and general relocation issues. Working on a consultative basis, you will interface with the senior executives to understand their headcount requirements and organisational structure changes as well liaising with global counterparts and third party service providers such as property agents and shipping firms.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 years+ of experience gained within Global Mobility/Expatriate Management, ideally working within blue chip, international organisations. You must have a good knowledge of expatriate tax. A strong relationship builder and communicator, you will enjoy working with a broad range of people across different locations and cultures.
