Regional Branch Manager
My client are a large and well recognised banking organisation with a reputation for offering a wide range of products that are focused on customer satisfaction. Customer service is of great importance to my client and they are keen to appoint an experienced Regional Manager to ensure this message comes out of the Scottish branches.
Covering Scotland you will be expected to visit your branches and drive performance in all areas. From sales and service to compliance you must be capable of leading by example and demonstrate the positive behaviours and values that are expected from a market leading bank. You will be responsible for forecasting, planning and management of your network and by closely managing branch managers ensure the achievement of targets and KPI's consistently.
To be considered for this role you must have previous regional management experience from a Bank or Building Society and be able to demonstrate the enthusiasm and positivity required to drive a business forward.
