Our client is a leading global supplier of Defence and Security products and due to continued growth they are now seeking to recruit a strong sales focused Regional Business Manager. The Regional Business Manager is responsible for both order intake and achievement of sales throughout their region. This will include managing the agent/distributor route to market throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and defining the regional vision to help achieve the ambitious growth targets.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in sales, ideally with a technical bias and must have experience of operating within the defence and security market either commercially or through time served in the armed services. You'll need to be highly driven with a proven record or success.
