Regional Card Operations Manager, in Penang recruitment

The role is based in Penang, Malaysia and reporting to Asia Pacific Wholesale Cards Operations Head. The role involves being the process owner for multiple processes in the Commercial Cards business.
* Managing and Mitigating process risks.
* Resolving Customer Issues.
* Defining, Monitoring and Maintaning Key Performance and Risk Indicators.
* Managing an offshore team at a third party vendor.
* Driving initiatives to improve and/or transform the processes.

Job Skills/Qualification:

* Cards knowledge advantageous.
* Operations/Project Management experience, preferably in Asia Cash Processing.
* Analytical, highly numerate, detailed oriented methodical
* Skilled with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal written) ability to communicate at all levels
* Ability to work across functions and across geographical boundaries.
* Self-motivated and demonstrates high level of initiative
