Regional C&B Manager – Leading Investment Bank recruitment

Our client is a leading global financial services provider with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organisation, the need has arisen to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Manager, to be based in their Regional Headquarters in HK.

Working closely with the Head of HR APAC, this role will lead the roll out of all CB programs across the region. This will include the design and implementation of salary, benefits, incentives, policy setting, and regional benefits programs. This role will also provide technical CB support and advice as required, and you have to be willing to calculate payroll.

To qualify, you will be a strong CB professional with 'hands on' experience in payroll and benefits for the APAC region. Previous Financial Services experience would be ideal. In addition to this, you will have highly developed numeric and modeling skills; an ability to work in a dynamic team; and a results-oriented driven approach. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
