Regional Comp & Ben Manager (APAC) recruitment
Responsibilities
Provides input in setting compensation and benefits strategies
Make recommendations for changes in Comp Ben program offering
Provide input for development and enhancement of global Incentives
Lead research, design and implementation of improvements for APAC.
Maintain awareness of changes in legislation impacting comp ben in APAC
Assist and develop the Comp bens team as required.
Requirements
Degree qualified with 8+ years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably in the Banking/Finance Industry.
Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills
Independent, self-driven, resourceful
