An international business with a growing presence in the Asia market is seeking an experienced professional to join their dynamic HR team as a compensation and benefits leader.
Role Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources APAC, you will take the lead in all compensation and benefits activities, and drive initiatives to develop competitive reward policies. Specifically, as a new headcount and manager you will build and establish the CB function. You will strategically oversee the compensation framework, initiate process changes, and strengthen pay performance through benchmarking and year-end budgeting. In addition to keeping abreast of external pay market conditions, you will be interpreting and analysing competitive market practices, and providing solid recommendations for the development of effective schemes. You will also liaise with operational heads to ensure a smooth implementation of all guidelines to meet organisational objectives.
The Successful Candidate:
- Degree qualified you will have at least 5 years CB experience within a multinational business
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
- Pro-active, independent, and a good team player
- Possess strong numeric and analytical skill
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
