Our client is a prestigious International Bank with an enviable reputation across global markets. The organisation has experienced rapid growth in recent years in the region and, with additional growth imminent, the need has arisen to recruit a high calibre HR Professional to join its APAC team based in Singapore.

Reporting to the APAC Head of HR, and as a key member of the global CB team, this newly created senior position will have responsibility for all CB and Rewards issues relating to APAC. Specifically, you will be responsible for reviewing and developing current CB programs, carrying out benchmarking exercises, monitoring CB trends, as well as effectively communicating the various CB programs across the region. Acting on a consultative basis, extensive liaison is required internally and strong relationships will also need to be developed with external vendors.

Degree qualified, you must have a minimum of eight years CB experience working within fast-paced multinational environments, preferably with previous exposure to the financial services sector in Asia. There will be an advisory emphasis to the role but you will be required to carry out more 'hands-on' work too. Strong knowledge of CB issues across the major Asian financial centres is a prerequisite and exposure to more generalist HR areas would be advantageous. Fluency in English is essential as is an energetic, proactive, straight-talking and flexible approach.
