REGIONAL CONTROLLER
A well-accomplished company is seeking a true leader to be their Regional Controller in the Denver location. This position will report directly to the Regional Leader on accounting and finance functions such as subcontractor payments and relations, forecasting, budgeting, and surety relationships. With this leadership role, functions will include general office operations, information technology, and people resources training and support.
Primary Duties:
1) Lead Accounting and finance operations of the region:
2) Review and analyze the terms and language of owner and subcontractor contracts to meet company expectations while partnering with the regional leadership team.
3) Manage a regional process for maintaining positive subcontractor relationships:
4) Regional liaison to the company’s sureties and risk management resources:
5) Making sure required tax deposits and related reports for state and local entities are made.
6) Provide leadership to the regional team in collaboration with other senior managers of the region
