Full Job Description

The main aim of this role is to Work closely with Agents and the Sales Agency Team to develop Sustainable Profitable Growth through New Business acquisition and Renewal Retention of Commercial, Motor Fleet Business with supporting Personal Classes.

The duties include:
- Support the identification and acquisition of new commercial and motor fleet business
- Handle own personal case work with client visits as necessary
- Proactively manage the acquisition and retention of Regional Potential Large Accounts
- Control quality of inbound case submissions from the Agency Network and responses from the Regional Underwriting Department
- Act as one of the final referral and escalation points within the Regional Underwriting Dept

- Extensive Wider Market Commercial Underwriting Knowledge
- Experience in handling complex cases to a high level
- Proven business development experience
- Proven ability in developing key working relationships

The successful candidate would also be qualified to ACII level
