Regional Director – Midwest Territory (Sales) recruitment
Incumbent will be responsible for:
- Profitability~ gathering new assets
- Profitability ~ retaining existing assets
- Developing and executing territory business plan
- Recruiting new advisor relationships and attending Broker/Dealer Conferences
- Expanding scope of existing advisor relationships
- Mastering sales process and knowledge of all programs and products
- Continuing education and training within the investment industry
- Training advisors to deliver the investment story and process
- Assisting advisors in closing end-investor business
- Supporting advisor marketing programs to end-investor
** This position will be based in Chicago, Illinois.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance or related major
- At least 7 years industry sales experience (outside sales experience)
- Series 7 65 or 66 SEC registrations
- Willing to travel
- Self-motivated, outgoing, enthusiastic, team player well-versed in the investment industry
- Strong speaking and listening skills
