Regional Director – Midwest Territory (Sales) recruitment

Incumbent will be responsible for:

  1. Profitability~ gathering new assets
  2. Profitability ~ retaining existing assets
  3. Developing and executing territory business plan
  4. Recruiting new advisor relationships and attending Broker/Dealer Conferences
  5. Expanding scope of existing advisor relationships
  6. Mastering sales process and knowledge of all programs and products
  7. Continuing education and training within the investment industry
  8. Training advisors to deliver the investment story and process
  9. Assisting advisors in closing end-investor business
  10. Supporting advisor marketing programs to end-investor  

** This position will be based in Chicago, Illinois.
