Regional Director of Human Resources recruitment
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead full spectrum of HR functions of Hong Kong and global offices
- Formulate HR policies, initiate and launch HR projects for global offices
- Work with senior management of other offices including COO to ensure their needs are taken care of.
- Formulate HR Policy so that practices are consistent throughout the world
Requirements
- At least 20 years of engagement in human resources management
- Had exposure at world wide or large regional level
- Master degree in human resources management
- Experience with entertainment or gaming advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
