Lead all stores in district to success by developing a team that consistently exceeds expectations in all areas of business operations including financial results, customer satisfaction and associate satisfaction.
· Recruit, interview and staff stores with world-class management/O.D. teams; develop manpower plans, which ensure present and future staffing needs are met within the region/group.
· Create an environment that encourages and fosters the development of managers and associates; provide challenging assignments and opportunities for management development.
· Continuously drives the business by analyzing key financial data and CSAT data; communicates trends, set aggressive goals and provide frequent feedback and support.
· Exemplify Luxottica Retail’s vision, mission and values; celebrate wins; lead by example at all times.
· Address performance issues in a timely and constructive manner through coaching, training, performance evaluation and/or performance counseling.
· Ensure consistent compliance to all Company best practices such as training programs, operational issues, safety guidelines and all polices and procedures.
· Keep abreast of competitive activity within marketplace and inform group management team of new developments that could impact the business.
· Coordinate and develop teamwork within stores as well as between field and home office associates; promote good, sound relations with our O.D. partners.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
· Must have a record of solid business accomplishments as a business leader
· 5+ years experience in multi-unit management – Retail Industry
· Or 5+ years experience as a General Manager
