Our client is a prestigious human resources and rewards consulting firm with a market leading position in their field of specialisation. In anticipation of further growth in their regional business, the need has arisen to recruit a high calibre, senior Rewards professional to lead Asia Pacific projects.
Multinational Consulting Firm - Key Leadership Opportunity
This position will lead regional projects, be part of an impressive regional management team and will be responsible for driving business growth and client servicing for MNC clients. You will build on an extensive local and regional client base to expand the firm's presence in the areas of executive and broad based rewards consulting. As well as being instrumental in defining and executing the firm's growth strategy you will manage, develop and grow a team of rewards consulting professionals.
The successful candidate will be a senior level Rewards professional working currently in a top tier CB consultancy or in an in-house Rewards role within a blue chip organisation. If you are in an in-house role at the moment you must have a background in consulting previously. You will demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial drive, excellent commercial acumen and a strong track record in developing business. Fluency in English is essential. Last but not least, you must be a team player, have high energy levels and strong strategic ability.
