This International bank pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service to all of their clients. They are currently seeking a Regional Manager for their Commercial/Agribusiness division in South West WA.
Your responsibilities as a Regional Manager will involve overseeing the management of a team of Senior Relationship Managers across the South West region. You will recruit, motivate and retain a successful management team by providing effective support and development to them.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a similar position as a Regional or Area manager. You will have an extensive background in Commercial and Agribusiness lending in addition to strong leadership and communication skills. As this position covers a wide region, it is crucial that you are flexible and willing to travel.
