A multi facet financial services provider with growing operations in the Asia Pacific region.
Your success will be driven by your ability to effectively manage the financial operations of the regional office including financial and management reporting, transfer pricing and managing the long term compensation and benefits functions. Managing a team you will have oversight to of the financial and management reporting functions as well as reviewing project proposals and perform financial evaluation and assessment. You will need to understand a range of complex transfer pricing issues and be able to advise management whilst working with the tax team and other business units. You will need to understand and manage the executive compensation structure to prepare forecasts, complete analysis and provide management with a concise overview on the framework.
To be considered you will be a qualified accountant with at least 10 years experience in a relevant role within a MNC environment. Financial Services experience is an advantage but not critical as long as you have overseen a team in a regional finance function of a large MNC business. You will be a high achiever with strong skill set in analysis, problem solving, being detail orientated and demonstrating excellent written and spoken communication skills.
