Regional Financial Controller recruitment
Reporting to the CFO, this position will oversee the finance and accounting for the region. You will lead a finance team and are responsible for financial and management reporting for the entities in the region. You will oversee the controllership function for the region and play an active role in the preparation of budgets for presentation to head office.
You will also support the CFO on business planning and advising on key issues affecting the region's operations and profitability. You are also responsible for reviewing internal control procedures and ensure financial accounting practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ideally you are degree qualified CPA with at least 15 years' post qualification experience. You have good regional finance experience and strong experience in management and financial reporting. You have experience in managing a team and are a hands on individual. You possess strong communication skills and have good commercial acumen. Exposure to the FMCG/ retail industry will be advantageous.
