Regional Financial Planning and Analysis Manager- Global Insurance Company recruitment

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will have full ownership of all financial planning and analysis activities of a major business division. You will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, performing analysis on financial results and identifying the causes and implications of variances. Working with non-finance professionals, you will advise the business on the impact of financial performance and help implement a system of performance tracking. In addition, you will conduct audits to monitor the effectiveness of existing internal controls and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.

You will be a qualified accountant with at least 8 years experience gained within a financial services institution. Familiarity with the Insurance sector will be a distinct advantage as will previous management experience. As this is a key management role, you are expected to have a high degree of integrity and possess excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is essential.
