Regional Head of Campus Recruitment – global Bank recruitment
Reporting to the Regional Head of Resourcing, and managing a team of campus recruiters, you will facilitate the successful placement of first-class graduates into the bank across the region. Specifically you will conduct effective screening and interviews by using structured assessment tools and techniques, maintain close working relationships with both internal customers and external parties, promote an effective employer brand to potential candidates, as well as undertake travel within the Asia Pacific region for PR and recruitment purposes.
Our client seeks an outstanding individual. The successful candidate will be degree qualified with a strong track record working within the recruitment field, including exposure to campus recruitment and ideally the banking sector. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and communicate with all levels of management. Fluency in English is essential with Mandarin / Cantonese being advantageous.
