Regional Head of C&B (International) recruitment

A newly created position has arisen for an experienced Head of CB. In this role you will have responsibility for the oversight and implementation of compensation and benefits programs for the Asia Pacific Region.

Leading a local CB team and in-country resources, you will participate in the development , implementation and administration of global salary and benefit programs for the Asia Pacific region; interact frequently with the business and HR function to develop activities and core processes including external survey participation, competitive benchmarking, individual job analysis, annual common compensation cycle for salary, cash incentives and equity grants, annual insurance renewals, benefits budget, wellness programs and other initiatives.

Additionally, you will partner with regional human resources staff to provide internal consulting to senior managers on compensation and benefits issues and ensure regional needs are considered as new policies or programs are developed by participating on global HR project teams. You will also work with the global benefits team and regional external benefits consultant to ensure that assessment of benefit alternatives and selection of benefit programs/vendors is reflective of the corporate philosophy, aligned to local competitive practices and appropriately budgeted.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 10+ years of compensation experience, including experience acquired within the banking domain, and deep knowledge of theAsiaregion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong analytic and technical skills. Demonstrated ability to establish solid internal consulting relationships and influence senior management.
