Regional Head of Compliance, APAC recruitment

For this role, you will report directly to the Global Head of Compliance. You will responsible for ensuring all corporate and local regulatory compliance requirements are identified and evaluated with effective programs.

You will implementing and centralising a policies, procedures and control measures and provide strategic advice for sales operation developments to achieve company goals within the regions.

You will also responsible for developing agency and staff compliance training and monitoring in the Asia Pacific Region as well as maintain awareness of legal compliance requirements and communicate any changes to staffs, managing and preventing corporate fraud in the region, establishing and monitoring of regional controls and handling related complaints

Requirement:

The successful candidate will be University graduate with legal background, with at least 15 years relevant compliance work experience with 8 years at managerial level within large financial services, hands on report writing skills, solid experience in oversight regional management of business, enterprise risks, business continuity and agency compliance, as well as rack record in handling regulatory changes and review. You will have excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese, commercial approach with the ability to communicate at all levels are essential to this position.
