Position Description:

1. Serves as the primary customer contact for SRC and manages overall customer interface and relationships for scope of the RDEMS QRT. Ensures positive responsiveness to customer needs and professional conduct of QRT team.

2. On this contract, represents SRC as the primary representative on other company contracts and programs.

3. Directs and manages internal and external activities to meet contractual requirements. Reviews work in progress to ensure specifications, performance goals, schedule and cost are maintained to customer satisfaction.

4. Oversees, and is accountable for, overall performance of RDEMS QRT as indicated in Performance Work Statement (PWS) by customer satisfaction, quality of products, timeliness of delivery, level of profit attained and other measures as designated by SRC or the customer.

5. Coaches and develops team members. Hires, fires, disciplines, and documents employee performance.

6. Provides programmatic advice and direction to other organizational elements and activities executing processes required to provide products and services to meet contract quality, performance, schedule, and cost requirements.

7. Establishes metrics and monitors progress to assure contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and attainment of company commitments and objectives. Reports progress to appropriate levels of government and SRC management.

8. Provides functional and technical advice to government leadership and technical staff. Is cognizant of all problems that may impact performance, schedule, and cost. Offers alternatives and advice before critical program situations develop.

9. Develops new customer contacts and conceptualizes solutions to customer problems that lead to new business for the corporation. Actively identifies additional or expanded taskings with existing customers and defines technical requirements for a draft statement of work (SOW). Submits draft SOW as situation permits to assist customer in developing additional requirements or follow-on tasks.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

1. This position requires a Masters Degree and 15 years work related experience. Work history should include experience as a Task Lead or Program Manager. Prior test and evaluation experience in DoD is highly desirable.

2. Past experience with SRC would be especially valuable. Alternatively, work with another company involved in JTE is desirable.

Desired Skills

1. A Masters Degree in Operations Research, Program Management, or Business Administration is an extremely valuable and desirable qualification.

2. Military leadership experience is very desirable.
