Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation and development of the Equity Finance IT solutions in the region including Securities Lending technology and Synthetic Trading technology
- Lead the Equity Finance IT teams in Asia while building strong relationship with senior business partners in EQ Finance
- Manage strategic development, RAD, and production support teams
Requirements:
- Strong prior knowledge in Securities lending business is required; knowledge in synthetic trading is desired
- Strong and proven experience in people management - managing a regional strategic and rapid application development teams
- Proven experience managing/leading regional teams while working closely with the global counterparts - comfortable with matrix reporting structure
- Proven leadership, people management and influence skills
- Experience running support teams and the support function
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Strong background in development and/or application support (Java-based systems)
