Regional Head of HR
To deliver pro-active, strategic and highly quality HR solutions to support overall investment management strategies, such as leadership program development, HR process streamlining and, localization.
Your key accountabilities:
- Maintain a close working relationship with the line managers to understand the business goals, HR requirements and recommend solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for the line managers.
- Partner with line managers to address employee relations iusses on a timely and appropriate manner.
- The role will include geographic coverage of Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore with expansion plans in China and Taiwan.
Your skills and experience:
- Degree qualified.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant Human Resource experience in a fast-moving and high expectation industry required.
- International experience (personal or professional) is preferable, as this is a regional role.
- Experience working in financial services / fund management industry is essential.
- Proven ability to communicate credibly at the senior management level therefore sound oral and written communication is essential.
- Strong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin language is required.
- Results-driven, proactive, self-starter, solution-oriented and hands-on with a can-do approach.
