Regional Head of Organisational Development – Financial Institution recruitment

The Role
Reporting to the Regional Head of Human Resources and with visibility to the CEO, you are a integral and influential professional within the organization.
You will be required to use your expertise to evolve and adapt development models that ensure optimal performance and value as well as support the staff in reaching their full potential.
To Qualify
As a very senior professional within this organization, it is important that you can demonstrate a clear track record of implementing change and delivering improvement and that you can influence and assure at the highest level.
To qualify, you must be degree educated, preferably with a MBA, and have a minimum of 12 years working experience, with a minimum of 6 years working within the finance sector. This role supports 12 countries throughout Asia: Asian work experience and the flexibility to travel 20-30% of the time is a must.
