Regional HR Analyst (Reputable Global Financial Services) recruitment
Responsibilities:
- To manage and execute Regional HRIS and related projects (people soft) and initiatives from management
- Communicate with vendors and review internal HR processes
- Enhance HR system to support the HR strategy and manage various projects initiatives from management, define project workplan and rollout progress
- Responsible for budget and CB benchmarking, reports and CB market surveys etc.
- Develop strong relationships with the business heads
Requirements:
- Degree holder or relevant experience
- At least 8 years of relevant HR experience, with track record in driving and managing HRIS project in financial institution / consultancy MNC.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong project management skills coupled with excellent communication and international skills
- Self motivated, independent and a team player who is able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS AX
- People Soft is preferred
