As a Regional HR Business Partner, reporting to the Head of HR, Asia, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
- HR Strategy Organization Development
- Compensation Benefits / Rewards
- Recruitment
- Learning Development
- Employee Relations
.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of working experience with minimum 4 years experience in a similar capacity
- Good leadership, communication and human relation’s skills and the ability to work well with staff at all levels are necessary
- Good project management skills
- Track record of a problem solving approach to HR Issues
- High level of energy and demonstrates initiative at work
