REGIONAL HR MANAGER, APAC recruitment
Our client is a top tier financial institution with presence across all asset classes. They are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to run APAC initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to CEO, the Regional HR Manager will be responsible for a full spectrum of human resources function for the Head office based in HK and overseeing HR function or Asia Pacific region
- The key function of this role to be a trusted business partner to the line managers/ business heads, to provide coaching and advice on HR related matters including but not limited to talent development, succession planning, talent review, performance management, etc.
- Develop HR process and procedures in areas where needed
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals across the region
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of HR management experience, at least 5 out of which with people management responsibilities
- Tertiary Degree in Human Resources Management
- Strong knowledge in Best HR Practices, with proven track record of articulating business strategies into HR strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
