Regional HR Manager (International Business Services Firm) recruitment

Our client is a very established firm offering its large corporate client base critical solutions to their business needs.

Acting as the key point of contact for the Asia Pacific region on all human resources issues, you will partner with the senior leadership team to support the achievement of all business objectives, ensuring compliance with policy and local and regional legislation.  This is a full spectrum HR role where you will further enhance the current HR offering and provide holistic advice and guidelines on employment law, employee relations, compensation and benefits, staffing and talent development.  Based in Hong Kong, you will be remotely supporting staff in key regional offices.  This is a people management role supporting approximately 120 staff across in Asia Pacific; the firm has plans for further growth. You will receive strong support from both the business and global headquarters.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years HR experience acquired within a professional services firm or MNC.  Applicants should be forward thinking and have a high level of initiative, and be solutions focused; strategic with the ability to take a holistic view of HR, yet remain hands on. A track record in demonstrating resilience and overcoming challenges will be critical. You will also have good communication and inter-personal skills, fluency in spoken and written English. A competent level of Mandarin or Cantonese is highly advantageous.
