Regional HR Manager recruitment

Our client are urgently looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager with regional exposure to join their exsiting HR division

The HR department is responsible for the provision of a range of services to our client . This includes recruitment, payroll, benefits, learning and development, performance management, policies, employee relations and change management.

The primary function is to oversee the day to day function of their APAC HR Operations within a busy organization of circa 110 employees.

• The key challenge is to develop and implement consistent HR practices, policies and programmes through training/development across a rapidly changing organization.

• The position holder should have the ability to think laterally and create momentum behind initiatives.

• They will establish and maintain credibility within the HR team, line managers and senior stakeholders whilst keeping abreast of issues requiring HR attention.

• Experience of generalist HR and project work is key to this role and has the ability to continuously improve own and team performance.

Candidate skills

• 7  - 10 years experience within Human Resources field

• Experience in managing a team is a must

• Fluent English and Cantonese language skills

• Strong analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills
