Regional Human Resource Generalist Job in Morgantown 26507, West Virginia US
You will be a part of a small HR team that is dedicated to providing outstanding support and serving as a key interface for our employee population. You will use your skills on a wide variety of HR related topics to include benefits, compensation and interpretation of policy. In addition, you will advise and guide on issues relating to consistent policy application, employee relations, and pay/performance administration. You will participate and lead projects relating to a number of HR functional areas. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO VARIOUS LOCATIONS.
Education and/or Experience
Successful candidates will have at least three (3) years relevant work experience in Human Resources functions. Ideal attributes include demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, self-directed, and outstanding communication skills with a strong customer orientation.
