Regional Human Resources Manager recruitment

To be considered for this position you should to be a seasoned HR Professional who has both the technical HR proficiency and credible local market knowledge to support the business not only in the UAE but across the Middle East. This is a 360 recruitment role and requires someone who is able to turn their hand at all aspects of HR including budgets, talent acquisition and management, performance reviews, compensation and benefits, learning and development as well as employee relations.

In addition to the core HR skills listed above you will be Degree educated and have experience working in the region in a similar HR function. You will need to be a strong leader who is results driven, able to motivate a team and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
