Regional IT Auditor recruitment
The jobholder will perform internal audit reviews in the Asian region with primarily focus on reviewing IT governance practices, project management methodology, information security management, system development life cycle, application security. He/she will also assist the Regional Internal IT Audit Manager on handling the administrative issues of the internal audit function, including follow-up on status of the audit issues and coordinating the audit committee papers
Responsibilities:
- Effective participation in risk assessment and audit planning process (key focus will be IT related areas and will also participate in operational/ financial related audit risk assessment)
- Execution of internal audit plan, performing internal audit field-work following the planned audit program and approach, delivery of quality work in line with Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) and Group standards
- Meaningful contribution to audit recommendations on improving internal control, operating efficiency and effectiveness of operations in the region
Requirements:
- Degree in IT/ Computer Science or relevant disciplines
- At least 3 years IT audit experience in financial services industry
- Understanding industry best practices of application development/ information security/ technology risk management/ project management
- Solid hands on experience on databases and data analysis techniques
- Knowledge of regulatory framework for financial institutions (banking and/or insurance) is preferred but not mandatory required
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and/ or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation are preferred but not mandatory required
- Good English presentation and report writing skill
- Independent, analytical and positive mind, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with people of all levels
