Regional Manager – Motor Insurance recruitment
One of the world’s leading insurance companies is looking for Regional Manager who will be primarily responsible for the PC Operating entities in the Asian Region – specifically Motor business.
The key responsibilities are:
- Support the companies in their motor portfolio management with focus on segmentation and pricing
- Define and review the Motor underwriting guidelines
- Review the companies’ adherence to underwriting guidelines (minimum global / regional standard level; local level)
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in PC insurance, reinsurance or consulting, of which 5 years in motor underwriting;
- Familiarity with the Asian markets / having worked in one or more Asian markets would be an added advantage;
- Industry designations such as ACII preferred;
- Strong communication skills and fluent in written and spoken English;
- Good interpersonal and cross cultural skills
