Senior Manager Treasury (ALM) recruitment
The Senior Manager will support the Head, contributing in a wide variety of ways to expanding the team. Responsibilities include:
- Engage and advise on all aspects of Wealth and International business units’ treasury requirements including margin management, liquidity management and funding structures
- Co-ordinate and agree compilation of interest rate risk in the banking book exposure calculations and report for a variety of business units across international centres
- Co-ordinate production of monthly MI for ALCO committees including detailing all assumptions
- Work closely with International Banking partners, Wholesale Banking Markets, WI Finance and Group Risk to ensure Group Treasury and business can accurately manage and minimise risk positions arising from the businesses activities
The Senior Manager must be degree educated with excellent communication skills, able to successfully liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders. The ability to identify and hedge non traded market and liquidity risk on international balance sheets is essential. The successful candidate will have a broad, high level understanding of issues that could impact on balance sheet management including accounting, regulatory capital and tax rules
