Regional Manager / Manager – Risk Assurance Asia recruitment
We are working with a well regarded foreign bank to build their Risk Assurance team in Asia. As such, they are seeking for experienced and dynamic candidates to take up the newly created positions of Regional Manager and Manager.
These newly created roles arise as a result of significant priorities placed on risk assurance of Operational Risk, Compliance, Technology and Project Governance across all business and support functions in Asia.
The Regional Manager – Risk Assurance Asia will strategize and lead the Risk Assurance function in Asia. You will manage a team, and ensure the development and delivery of effective assurance reviews. You will also collaborate with the Operational Risk and Compliance Risk teams to ensure risks, issues and concerns are considered in the monitoring and reviewing activities.
To qualify for this challenging role, you should be an experienced Operational Risk Management / Audit practitioner with min 10 years experience in the Banking / Financial Services industry. Equipped with effective communicative and interpersonal skills, you have strategic thinking mindset and possess a hands-on approach.
For the Manager – Risk Assurance Asia position, you should have min 5 years’ relevant experience. Business Risk Assurance and Monitoring experience.
The above positions are regional roles and business travel in the region is required.
