PEOPLE MANAGEMENT ROLE
ON SITE AT A TOP TIER INVESTMENT BANK
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Recruitment APAC, you will be the inspirational leader in managing a sizeable team of consultants and coordinators, and overseeing all recruitment operations across the region. Working in partnership with executive leadership and key business divisions, you will review and implement strategic recruitment initiatives aligned with organisational objectives. You will identify
and execute process improvements, and keep abreast of external market conditions. While managing resource planning and ensuring client requests are met, you will also direct activities related to staff hiring, performance reviews, and the functioning of training plans.
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder with at least 8 years recruitment experience of which 2 years include managing a sizeable team
- Experience within Financial Services will be an advantage
- You will have excellent client servicing skills with the ability to deal with all levels of staff
- Able to work in a heavily matrixed environment you will also be very capable in stakeholder management
- Good understanding of Asia market practices, cultural diversity and employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English is essential, while Chinese is an added advantage
