The Regional Manager is totally accountable for oversight of all aspects of operations of multiple apartment communities. The purpose of the RM is to enforce consistent implementation and execution of policies and procedures of the firm while maintaining strong relationships with existing owners/clients. Regional Manager will be responsible for execution and communication of the company strategic direction. RM is responsible for insuring consistent implementation of community programs, including the new and renewal sales process, as well as to develop and manage individual site business operations. This includes supervising investment objectives, sales goals and market positioning, staff, asset quality, and financial goals and objectives. Regional Manager is responsible for the maintenance of property standards throughout their portfolio; they must be able to determine, implement and follow up on any corrective action plans for deficiencies found at a property.  RM is responsible for the budgeting process from the development of an appropriate budget to insuring purchases fall within the budget parameters. Regional Manager is responsible for property risk management, safety standards and employee and resident liability. Regional Manager is the final destination of the resident customer service escalation process. RM is responsible for mentoring, supervising and developing the apartment site staff to meet the needs of the property in the best possible manner. The Regional Manager is responsible for creating and submitting all required or requested reports in a timely manner.
