This is a newly created role which has evolved due to market growth in the region. A hands-on recruitment role with a focus on developing the recruitment strategy, talent pipelines, manpower planning, and developing strong relationships across the business and a line of sight of future hiring requirements.

Candidates should have good experience in identifying various channels to market for candidates coupled with ability to direct sourcing and management of recruitment vendors. You will also be involved in various HR projects; therefore a previous tenure in a HR Generalist role is highly desirable.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years as a HR Generalist with strengths in recruitment or as a recruitment specialist with experience in manpower planning. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English will be critical.
