Regional Sales Account Manager, Sales Consultant, Technical Sales, Front Office, Equities, EMS, OMS, ASP delivery model, Hong Kong recruitment
My client, a global leader in finance technology software, is actively looking for solid regional sales managers with experience delivering vendor products at a technical level to banking and finance clients in the region.
The company has had great success selling their cutting-edge finance technology solutions to buy-side, sell-side, and hedge funds in Europe and in the states. As such, it is looking to aggressively launch an already successful EMS technology into the Asia Pacific market in April 2012. The key markets will initially be Hong Kong and Singapore.
The role will involve the following:
• Cold-calling new leads and leveraging off pre-existing contact network
• Managing the pre-sales process and cycle
• Presenting client products to prospective customers, including answering detailed technical questions and providing thorough explanations of product internals and liaising with CTO/CIO level clients, engineering managers, and developers
• Assisting customers with initial product evaluation and performance testing
• Post-sale client account management (non-technical)
• Further lead generation across Asia
Key Skills:
• At least 3 years of solid sales experience
• Previous experience selling around an ASP delivery model
• A solid EMS background would be highly valued
• Previous exposure to equities in a front office environment
• Excellent communication skills
