Description
The primary mission of the Regional Sales Executive is to identify, cultivate and close sales opportunities with current and prospective clients in order to promote/sell HBCS services and product lines. This requires requires a dynamic and motivated individual with outstanding sales experience and client management skills in healthcare receivables. The qualified candidate will have a demonstrated and successful track record of selling healthcare accounts receivable outsourcing services as well as the revenue cycle process in hospitals and healthcare systems.
The Regional Sales Executive is responsible to:
- Conduct research to identify prospective clients as sales leads, establish contact and call on prospective clients both in person and by phone.
- Display, demonstrate and explain HBCS services and capabilities to client accounts and prospects to illustrate value added opportunities applicable to client needs.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals and contracts including price quites, delivery schedules and service protocols.
- Participate in various healthcare associations and conferences to further promote HBCS services.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or related experience and/or training.
- Minimum of 5 years of job related experience includingi direct sales of financial services (outsourcing solutions preferred).
- Must have established relationships with individuals at the senior levels (CFO, VP of PFS, Director of Revenue Cycle) in hospital or healthcare systems.
