We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our CMF Region. This position, will report to the National Director of Sales and the Regional Manager. Based in Chicago, this individual is responsible for directing and motivating Area Sales Managers to ensure that sales targets, customer satisfaction and profitability objectives of both Tuff Shed, Inc. and our Big Box Home Improvement Customer are consistently achieved.
You must be able to travel in your territory at least 70% of the time.

Achieves regional targets in the areas of sales, customer loyalty, customer satisfaction and profitability.
Ensures the Area Sales Managers have displayed our products at our customer’s home improvement stores and sales centers to our standards.
Recruits and hires successful sales individuals to become Area Sales Managers.
Ensures the assigned Area Sales Managers initiate actions that successfully remedy product and display conditions that do not meet the Company’s standards.
Successfully manages between 10 and 20 Area Sales Managers.
Ensures all new products are rolled out in accordance with Company standards.
