This premier international currency and payments organisation offers a range of products and services to their extensive client base. they provide a unique personalised and integrated service and are recognised as being a substantial fiancial services provider.
Reporting to the GM Sales Client Relationship Management, your mandate will be to manage a team of dedicated sales professionals charged with sourcing and acquiring new to business customers. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Achieving new business targets whilst retaining existing relationships
- Manager a team of BDMs
- Delivering strong leadership, coaching and motivation
- Exceeding budget and revenue targets
- Pitching for new business and visitations with clients
- Recruit and retain talent
To be successful in this role you will possess demonstrated experience in financial markets sales/trading coupled with an indepth knowledge of FX, ideally gained in mid market. Proven experience in leading and coaching a sales team will be assumed. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, high levels of credibility and maturity coupled with the energy to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment will be critical to your success.
