·        Regional Sales Manager - High Security Locks and Access Control Systems

·        Reside North England – covering North England, Eire, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Northern England above Staffordshire

·         £35-40k plus bonus and commission and generous car allowance

 

The market leading manufacturer of high security locks and access control systems are seeking a regional sales manager to join them to target the reseller and end user/installer market.

 

It is crucial for this role that candidates must have Industry experience (mechanical and electronic security, locks, access control) and man-management experience.

 

Working alongside the sales team and reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for team development and management 80% of the time but also have several large key accounts to develop for the remaining 20% of the time.

 

 

Experience :

          Candidates will possess exceptional leadership and motivational skills, have demonstrated a good track record of building relationships and have the drive and determination to meet the companies objectives.

 

          Be able to demonstrate clear knowledge of the trade and B2B market

 

          Clear evidence of achieving targets and delivering both customer and product driven growth

 

          Demonstrable knowledge of the electronic and mechanical  markets, products,  players and trends.
