Regional Sales Manager, middle and back office, buy-side trading technology vendor – Hong Kong recruitment
The candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle of lead identification, initial contact, qualification, negotiation, closing, and account development. Candidates with a strong track record in sales and sales management for leading financial trading technology sofware vendors are encouraged to apply.
Duties:
- Prospect for new potential clients and initiate contact, driving business development for the firm in a fast paced environment
- Manage Regional Sales team.
- Coordinate Sales Support staff to ensure a world class customer experience
- Continuously drive, improve and implement processes that accelerate lead generation, account development, and installation of service offerings
Skills and Requirements:
- Either 8+ years Sales / Sales Management experience, OR Excellent knowledge of front, middle or back office buy/sell side trading applications.
- Excellent client facing manner to build relationships with potential clients, to show business value to key contacts
- Mandarin ability a plus
- Willingness to travel is required
